    Rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, and naturally compatible with our skin, it absorbs easily and supports long-term skin health.

    Tallow is naturally rich in skin-identical lipids, meaning it closely mirrors the structure of our own skin barrier.

    This allows it to absorb easily, moisturise deeply, and support the skin’s natural repair process, without relying on water, preservatives, or unnecessary additives.

    Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

    Yes. Our grass-fed tallow balms are formulated with minimal, natural ingredients designed to soothe and protect sensitive and reactive skin.

    Will it clog pores?

    No. Tallow is considered non-comedogenic meaning it is unlikely to clog pores. Tallow
    closely mimics your skin’s natural sebum, helping to balance oil production and repair the skin barrier

    How often should I use tallow balm?

    Daily, or as often as your skin needs hydration. A small amount goes a long way.

    Does it smell like beef?

    Our tallow is carefully purified to minimise scent. A mild natural aroma may be present but fades quickly after application.

    Why use tallow instead of regular moisturiser?

    Tallow is rich in skin-compatible fatty acids that closely resemble your skin’s natural oils, allowing for deeper nourishment and better absorption without synthetic additives.

    Do you whip your tallow balms?

    We choose to leave our tallow balms unwhipped. While whipping can feel luxurious, it introduces oxygen, which may shorten shelf life and increase the risk of rancidity. It also adds volume without adding value - essentially, air. By keeping our balms pure and unwhipped, we extend shelf life and deliver more product, and more value, in every jar.

    Is it suitable for acne-prone skin?

    Yes. Tallow supports balanced oil production and a healthy skin barrier. Patch test first.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At the moment we only ship within Australia, but international shipping is something we’re working on.
