Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays and Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@budandtallow.com with your order number so we can assist.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, skin sensitivities, or adverse reactions.
All ingredients are listed on each product page to support informed purchasing decisions.
Exceptions:
We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@budandtallow.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
